Puppetry for TV and the Web Course

As part of the 4th National Puppetry & Animatronics Summit running from 5 - 8 July at the VCA in Melbourne, we are offering a FREE Puppetry for TV and Web lecture-demo which will be held at the Grant Street Theatre in the VCA on Sunday 8 July at 11am - 12.30pm.

The 90 minute TV Puppetry lecture-demo will be lead by Jim Henson-trained master-puppeteer, Gary Friedman. It is suitable for film makers, puppeteers, performers, and others interested in learning about how puppetry is made for the screen. A new seven-week introductory evening Puppetry for TV & Web course will run on Thursday evenings from 19 July to 30 August from 7 - 10pm at the Malvern Uniting Centre, 54 Serrel St, Malvern East, Vic 3145.
